Out Loud Academy: Writing Against Fear with instructor Ashley M. Jones

In this poetry workshop, we will explore the ways in which authors can take subjects which cause fear and use poetry and its techniques to strip power away from those monsters that haunt and loom. Authors we'll study include Patricia Smith and Sonia Sanchez, and we will also write out our fear in our own original works.
