Join us on July 30th from 10am-2pm for the debut of works by artist and poet Sam McCall in the Out Loud HSV Studio. Sam will be showcasing some of his recent work featuring drawings in colored pencil and ink, sometimes with a touch of watercolor. Sam's work is often inspired by words and lyrics that speak to him. Sam will be in the studio to talk about his work. He'll bring a table for visitors to draw on that he has had for 7 years that showcases his progression as an artist as well as the influence of those around him. Come draw on the table, meet Sam and view his work, and maybe take home a new piece for your home. Coffee and light snacks will be available.

About the artist: Sam once won a talent show by consuming 6 cans (21 servings) of tomato sauce in under 90 seconds. If you're wondering, it tastes the same going both ways. Also he writes. Come doodle on his table.
