Despite what the books might tell you, history is alive! It lives within us and in our society, and in our poetry, too. In this workshop, we’ll explore poems which create history in color—that is, poems that take those far-away black-and-white moments and make them breathe. We’ll write our own works about our personal histories and beyond!
