Join us for our first slam of the year, which is also a qualifier for our 2018 slam team! This slam will be extended to 12 spots, and the top 6 will move on to the finals in February.

Poetry slam is the competitive art of performance poetry designed to engage both poets and audience, where participants are judged by members of the audience to advance 3 rounds until a winner is chosen. The winner of each slam will receive a $10 roll of quarters provided by our lovely sponsor, Karma Rags.
