Join us on July 17th at 3rd Circle Cellars at Straight to Ale. Doors/Signup at 6 PM, and the show will start promptly at 6:30 PM. Sign up and share your poetry, short stories, a piece of fiction, or any form of literary wordy goodness! Readers will get 5 minutes to share their work, please respect the time limit.

About the feature: DeMarie is a poet from Marion, Alabama by way of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. They are a young, gifted lyricist with an affinity for celebrating the beauty and complexity of themes like love, sexuality, and Blackness. In 2019, they self-published a book of poetry titled "The Genesis of DeMarie" and their second collection titled "My Muse" was released in May of this year.
